London, Jan. 27. On Friday a lunatic, in Bedlam, wrote the
following lines, in chalk, in his cell:
  Though mad I appear
  To all who come here,
  Yet search thro' the town,
From the Peer to the Clown,
  All sorts and degrees
  Are as mad---if you please.
